Signatures and Project submission
- The signature of the statutory representative is always provided by the Research Centre.
- If the signature of the statutory representative of MENDELU is required in the project application or its annex, these documents must be delivered to the Research Centre together with the project cover sheet at least 5 working days before the official deadline for project submission.
- Submission of the project proposal is ensured by the researchers/applicants according to the instructions of the provider.
- Submission via MENDELU databox ("datová schránka") is provided by the Research Centre.

TA CR
The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic is an organizational unit of the state that was founded in 2009 by the Act No. 130/2002 Coll. on the support of research, experimental development and innovation. Among other things, TA CR ensures the preparation and implementation of applied research, development and innovation programmes, including programmes for the needs of the state administration, public competitions in research, development and innovation to support projects and public procurement.

GA CR
The Czech Science Foundation (GACR) is an independent public organisation supporting basic research throughout all scientific fields from public funds. GACR is the only institution in the Czech Republic, which provides public funding exclusively for basic research projects. Since its establishment in 1993, GACR has provided financial support for both experienced as well as young and early-stage researchers on the basis of calls for proposals. GACR´s activity is regulated by Act. No. 130/2002 Coll., on Support of Research, Experimental Development and Innovation from public funds and amending certain related laws.

OP TAC
The Operational Program Technologies and Application for Competitiveness (OP TAC), funded by the Eruopean Regional Development Fund (ERDF), is a flagship programme for supporting Czech entrepreneurs in the 2021–2027 programming period. Applicants can use the funds to co-finance business projects in the field of research, development and innovation, digitization and digital infrastructure, business development, smart and sustainable energy or circular economy. The managing authority of OP TAC is the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic (MIT).

P JAC
The aim of the Johannes Amos Comenius Programme (P JAC) is to support the development of an open and educated society based on knowledge and skills, equal opportunities and developing the potential of each individual, which will lead to the growth of the competitiveness of the Czech Republic and the improvement of living conditions of its inhabitants. The structure of the P JAC reflects the priority topics financed from the structural funds of the European Union in the programming period 2021 – 2027 and the experience from previous operational programmes under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The areas supported are: research and development, higher education and regional education.

Horizon Europe
Horizon Europe is the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation. The programme facilitates collaboration and strengthens the impact of research and innovation in developing, supporting and implementing EU policies while tackling global challenges. It supports creating and better dispersing of excellent knowledge and technologies.

Horizon FP10
The next EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation is currently known as FP10 (10th Framework Programme). The official name is to be determined. The programme is scheduled to start in 2028 and is expected to run until 2034.

Erasmus+ KA2
Under the Cooperation Partnership Action (KA2), organisations and institutions can establish international partnerships, implement international projects and create innovative outputs. Part of the programme is managed by the DZS (Czech National Agency for International Education and Research) and centralised activities (Erasmus+ Sport, Erasmus Mundus, Jean Monnet and many others) are managed directly by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
